The complete manuscript should be sent as an e-mail attachment to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the journal name and “Article Submission” in the subject line. A cover letter should accompany the submission and should be addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, Nigerian Journal of Pharmacy.

Yes. For Review Articles, the maximum length of manuscripts should be 6000 words (24 pages, double-spaced); For Research Articles, the maximum length is 5000 words (18 pages, double-spaced while for Commentaries and Short communications (Cameo), the maximum length should be 1,500 (6 pages, double-spaced)
Articles should be prepared in Microsoft word, font type, Types New Roman, font size 12. The entire article should be double spaced with no additional spacing. Referencing should be in Vancouver style with superscript numbers in-text and references arranged consecutively according to the numbers in the reference list.
Yes. Apart from original research articles, the NJP accepts, review articles, short communication (cameo) and technical reports. Other presentations have to be pre-discussed with the Editor-in-Chief for space availability and suitability.
Though you can, the Editorial Board is not constrained to use suggested reviewers for your article. Suggested reviewers will be added to our bank of reviewers for possible future use.
